A delicious breakfast of our choice was delivered to our room on a silver service trolley each day which we enjoyed on our veranda overlooking the neighbouring gardens and River. The hosts, Merryl and Phil are wonderful and provided lots of additional touches such as welcome chocolates and cakes available in the guest lounge throughout the day. We also arranged an afternoon tea at the House during our stay which was absolutely amazing and great value for money. Super place to stay - we hope to return. More

Merryl greeted us on arrival showing us around and pointing out all the features as well as recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was a very pleasant surprise from start to finish, with unexpected thoughtful touches all throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean and the breakfast (which arrived at our door on time) was wonderful. The location is very convenient and we enjoyed exploring the grounds and new boardwalk along the river. Our only issue was a bit of traffic noise, but other rooms probably did not experience that to the same degree. Highly recommended, and we would stay there again. More
