Merryl and Phil have done a wonderful job restoring Bli Bli House and creating an ambience that takes you back to days gone by. Merryl was an attentive host and helped make our stay perfect. We took the opportunity to have dinner in the Chandelier Room which was a highlight of our stay. Breakfast in bed or on our private veranda was also included and it did not disappoint.Highly recommend a visit here if you want to be spoilt and pampered!

  My husband and I stayed at Bli Bli house for one night in the Regency Suite with the romance package. We were greeted at the front door by Merryl who... read more was warm and friendly. We were given a tour of the retreat before being shown to our luxurious suite. We loved that we could roam around the house and enjoy the sweet trolley, coffee/tea and the pool room. We didn't have time to use the media room/home theatre but will use it next time. Our suite was absolutely beautiful! It was opulent and regal with a four post bed, double sofa, small kitchenette, slippers and robes, ensuite with double spa bath and separate shower and french doors that led onto our own private balcony with beautiful views. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne and strawberries before settling in for the night. The bed was very very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We handed in our breakfast choices the night before and received a text message in the morning to inform us that our breakfast trolley was ready and outside our door. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and very well cooked. We enjoyed a hot breakfast with fresh coffee and pastries. The only thing we regretted was only staying one night. Merryl gave us a lovely warm welcome telling us the history of the house and even a couple of treats from the sweets cart. We had a beautiful spacious room, very comfortable bed, a large veranda overlooking the river and a nice hot spa bath.

Breakfast was delicious, we will definitely be back longer than one night. The perfect place for a romantic getaway. Thank you.

An absolutely beautiful location on the riverside adds additional joy to a fantastic stay. Wonderful morning breakfast brought to our room and the broader amenities were well beyond our expectation. We loved feeling tucked away in this beautiful room with its private outdoor space for the duration of our stay. Our hosts, Phil and Merryl, did everything they could to ensure a 5-star experience for us. Knowing it was a special birthday for me, they gave us a bottle of wine and brought us strawberries and chocolate later that evening. The following morning, our pre-ordered breakfast arrived on a cart outside our door with everything served in silver.
