We enjoyed cheese and wine down on the river in the afternoon to watch the sunset, played chess in the yard. Enjoying the magnificence of this beautiful home.
Walking around the rooms freely - you’ll find a library - pool table and a media room with a projector. A candy trolly that’s always full. Many antiques and vintage paraphernalia throughout. The rooms are beautiful and the beds super comfy. Strawberries & Chocolate left as a surprise at our door. It’s all about the little touches.
There are plenty of places to dine close buy - Teppanyaki was a favourite.
Meryl and Phil are incredibly Host.

Ty Phil and Merryl. Having one announcement about a baby on the way one day and then a proposal to another daughter the next. This was more then a getaway it was a blessing. Plush hallways and other cosy sitting areas provide many options to relax and relish the experience whilst enjoying the coffee, tea, pastries and fudge supplied in abundance.
The included breakfast was scrumptious, ample and served with class.
Phil and Merryl were the consummate hosts and couldn't have done more to make our stay so enjoyable.
We can't recommend Bli Bli House enough and will definitely stay for longer next time!!

From start to finish, I felt so relaxed and pampered at the Bli Bli House. We stayed in the Heritage Suite, which is absolutely beautiful with its four-poster bed, fireplace and seating area, spa bathtub, and - most charmingly - its own veranda with seating for reading plus table and chairs for dining. We loved feeling tucked away in this beautiful room with its private outdoor space for the duration of our stay. Our hosts, Phil and Merryl, did everything they could to ensure a 5-star experience for us. Knowing it was a special birthday for me, they gave us a bottle of wine and brought us strawberries and chocolate later that evening. The following morning, our pre-ordered breakfast arrived on a cart outside our door with everything served in silver. It felt so lush, luxurious, and 'old world' as we ate our breakfast on the veranda. A delicious breakfast of our choice was delivered to our room on a silver service trolley each day which we enjoyed on our veranda overlooking the neighbouring gardens and River. The hosts, Merryl and Phil are wonderful and provided lots of additional touches such as welcome chocolates and cakes available in the guest lounge throughout the day. We also arranged an afternoon tea at the House during our stay which was absolutely amazing and great value for money. Super place to stay - we hope to return. More

The owners, Phil and Merryl, have obviously put their heart and soul into developing this place, with charm and Victorian elegance in every feature. Check out their website for photos, I couldn’t do it justice but trying to describe it, but suffice to say that when you see it in person, you’ll agree that the atmosphere can’t be conveyed with a few pictures. I’d highly recommend it for couples seeking a romantic getaway, too. Absolutely delightful.
