Not only was it a perfect escape, everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful. Sadly, I did not get to meet Phil but Merryl was one of the kindest people I've ever met, and the complimentary snacks added so much to the stay! Overall, the perfect relaxing escape!

We had a lovely night. Although we had planned on eating in, this wasn’t an option when... read more we arrived. No big deal, we drove down the road and purchased some prawns, which in hindsight sight, it was nice sitting on the verandah watching the sun go down, eating prawns and drinking bubbles.
If the people in the next room didn’t wake at 4.45am on a Sunday morning and turn the TV on and talk reasonably loudly for that time of the morning, everything would have been excellent!
Breakfast came at the allotted time. Again, nice to sit on the verandah and take our time. No rushing to leave early.
We didn’t know what to expect prior to going, however we would definitely go back again…. More

The whole house is filled with opulence and old fashioned charm.... read more The rooms are well equipped and the four poster beds are super comfortable. A delicious breakfast of our choice was delivered to our room on a silver service trolley each day which we enjoyed on our veranda overlooking the neighbouring gardens and River. The hosts, Merryl and Phil are wonderful and provided lots of additional touches such as welcome chocolates and cakes available in the guest lounge throughout the day. We also arranged an afternoon tea at the House during our stay which was absolutely amazing and great value for money. Super place to stay - we hope to return. More

  We had a lovely two night stay at Bli Bli house to celebrate our 24th Wedding Anniversary. A very clean comfortable and spacious room with a tasty hot breakfast brought... read more to our room, what a treat. We loved the balcony overlooking the river and had the opportunity to sit back and read the papers with a coffee and some of the treats from the guest lounge. The down side was waking up at home the day after and no breakfast trolly was at our bedroom door.

We had no idea what awaited us... read more as our accommodation had been booked last minute on our behalf. It was a very pleasant surprise from start to finish, with unexpected thoughtful touches all throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean and the breakfast (which arrived at our door on time) was wonderful. The location is very convenient and we enjoyed exploring the grounds and new boardwalk along the river. Our only issue was a bit of traffic noise, but other rooms probably did not experience that to the same degree. Highly recommended, and we would stay there again. More
