If the people in the next room didn’t wake at 4.45am on a Sunday morning and turn the TV on and talk reasonably loudly for that time of the morning, everything would have been excellent!
Breakfast came at the allotted time. Again, nice to sit on the verandah and take our time. No rushing to leave early.

It was a very pleasant surprise from start to finish, with unexpected thoughtful touches all throughout our stay. Our room was beautifully clean and the breakfast (which arrived at our door on time) was wonderful. The location is very convenient and we enjoyed exploring the grounds and new boardwalk along the river. Our only issue was a bit of traffic noise, but other rooms probably did not experience that to the same degree. Highly recommended, and we would stay there again. More

WOW! What a surprise, this was the best part of our holiday.

Elegantly furnished guest lounge with complimentary cakes and sweets and a chess set (we had a couple of games) Upstairs was the games room with old world charm and even a mini grand piano at the entrance of the house. The suite was beautifully furnished with a large four poster bed with the softest sheets, a kitchenette and even a fireplace The host’s Phil and Merryl were very welcoming and the house was luxurious and extremely clean. The special little treats and delicious cooked breakfast was brought to us on a silver trolley which made us feel like VIP’s. We have stayed in many B&B’s and hotels around the world and this would have to have been the most beautiful. We absolutely love Bli Bli house and will be back, to be spoilt once again. More

Plenty to do and see around and in the property. Make sure you leave a few hours to explore !
Check-in and out were relaxed, and we throughly enjoyed the time there.

Merryl’s hospitality is was very touching, we felt that we know her for a long time, she was kind , generous and very welcoming to us.
Phil is obviously a great guy and multitalented and Merryl said most of the fabulous interior decoration was his personal taste and input.
Unfortunately due to our short stay we couldn’t talk to him much but he made us a very tasty breakfast along with pots of coffee and tea, promptly delivered to our rooms.
We also took a friend aling with us who came from Sydney , he was so impressed with the whole experience.
We are planning return back to the place as soon as we get our next chance and strongly recommend this place for any one who loves a victorian style grandeur.
