From start to finish, I felt so relaxed and pampered at the Bli Bli House. We stayed in the Heritage Suite, which is absolutely beautiful with its four-poster bed, fireplace and seating area, spa bathtub, and - most charmingly - its own veranda with seating for reading plus table and chairs for dining. We loved feeling tucked away in this beautiful room with its private outdoor space for the duration of our stay. Our hosts, Phil and Merryl, did everything they could to ensure a 5-star experience for us. Knowing it was a special birthday for me, they gave us a bottle of wine and brought us strawberries and chocolate later that evening. The following morning, our pre-ordered breakfast arrived on a cart outside our door with everything served in silver. It felt so lush, luxurious, and 'old world' as we ate our breakfast on the veranda. I have lived in Australia for ten years (I'm originally from the US) and have honestly never experienced this level of thoughtful hospitality and service at another establishment. Everything from the warm friendly welcome from the hosts to the the exquisite rooms, beautiful gardens and delicious breakfasts. We were so taken with our first visit we booked almost the entire place for our second visit and brought a group of friends with us. And if it is a slice of heaven then the angles that are sent to look after such a beautiful place are just as special. Phil and Merryl went above and beyond to makes welcomed. We both felt honoured to be there.

The best part of our stay was the look on my partners face when she saw our room. I will forever hold onto that memory.
