Was looking forward to in house dinner and breakfast, but dinner was off the menu due to health issues the lovely hostess had. The breakfast we ordered for the morning consisted of: crepes, fruit salad, bacon and fried tomatoes, yogurt, juice, pastries, tea and coffee. And was cooked and presented perfectly and delivered straight to our door. We ate out on the verandah overlooking the river, food was excellent and so was the view. Spent too much time in the spa, came out a little cooked, nothing a little rest on the comfy bed couldn't fix! Overall will definitely do again sooner rather than later, maybe even next anniversary. Plush hallways and other cosy sitting areas provide many options to relax and relish the experience whilst enjoying the coffee, tea, pastries and fudge supplied in abundance.
The included breakfast was scrumptious, ample and served with class.
Phil and Merryl were the consummate hosts and couldn't have done more to make our stay so enjoyable.
We can't recommend Bli Bli House enough and will definitely stay for longer next time!!

And if it is a slice of heaven then the angles that are sent to look after such a beautiful place are just as special. Phil and Merryl went above and beyond to makes welcomed. We both felt honoured to be there.

The best part of our stay was the look on my partners face when she saw our room. I will forever hold onto that memory.

The cooked breakfasts served in the room were great, plus there was always plenty of extra treats and snacks available and coffee and tea was was on tap in the room and guest lounge. Merryl greeted us on arrival showing us around and pointing out all the features as well as recommendations for nearby dinner spots. We enjoyed a relaxing, quiet weekend in this well located Sunshine Coast gem. We will be back. Highly recommended. More

  Beautiful,large rooms (5 suites) tastefully furnished .All conveniences including coffee pod machine,fridge,TV,DVD player and an effective lifelike electric fire.Four of the rooms have a wide verandah and overlook Petrie Creek,more... read more a river than a creek at about 75 metres width.Four poster bed ,quality sheets,towels and bathrobes.Very quiet rooms which seem impermeable to outdoor noise although at peak hours there is some traffic roar outside on the verandah( several major roads,including motorways,are close by although one would not know it,other than by the afore mentioned traffic roar which is nothing much really).
There is a public lounge,dining room,reading room ,dining room and games room,all attractive.
The hosts are kind and obliging and a real pleasure to know.The breakfasts are superb and delivered to the room.Dinner is served in a dining room which was graced by a real fire in it’s fireplace when we dined.
The premises are designed well and everything within is of quality.It is scrupulously well maintained and clean.Bli Bli house in my opinion sets the highest standard and one which all Queensland hospitaliers would do well to emulate.

  My husband and I stayed at Bli Bli house for one night in the Regency Suite with the romance package. We were greeted at the front door by Merryl who... read more was warm and friendly. We were given a tour of the retreat before being shown to our luxurious suite. We loved that we could roam around the house and enjoy the sweet trolley, coffee/tea and the pool room. We didn't have time to use the media room/home theatre but will use it next time. Our suite was absolutely beautiful! It was opulent and regal with a four post bed, double sofa, small kitchenette, slippers and robes, ensuite with double spa bath and separate shower and french doors that led onto our own private balcony with beautiful views. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne and strawberries before settling in for the night. The bed was very very comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. We handed in our breakfast choices the night before and received a text message in the morning to inform us that our breakfast trolley was ready and outside our door. The breakfast was beautifully prepared and very well cooked. We enjoyed a hot breakfast with fresh coffee and pastries. The only thing we regretted was only staying one night. We will definitely be back! Thank you to the hosts for a beautiful stay. More
